Carro Alegórico toma como ponto de partida a escultura clássica e a história da arte. Michelangelo afirmava que as formas de suas esculturas estavam dentro do bloco de mármore e que cabia a ele retirá-las de lá. Em Carro Alegórico, ao chegar no estacionamento onde ocorreu a ação, o público encontrava um grande bloco de isopor, com a dimensão de 4m x 1,50m x 2m. Durante o evento/exposição, um escultor de carros alegóricos de Escola de Samba esculpe o bloco até chegar na forma de um automóvel.

Carro Alegórico takes as start point classic sculpture and art history. Michelangelo use to say that the forms of his sculptures were inside the marble block and it was up to him to remove them from there. In Carro Alegórico, arriving at the parking lot where the action occurred, the public found a large block of Styrofoam, with the size of 4m x 1,50m x 2m. During the event / exhibition, a sculptor of Carnaval cars carves the block till it became a car.
